It has been a minute since I have heard anything like it! Ms [isis]* is at it again! Still on point like a ball point!
Many say she is the best female beat maker they have ever heard. If you listen to Cartoon Background, then you will understand that Ms [isis]* is not just the best female beat maker but one of the best beat makers and project directors EVER.
It is July, a very cold season in South Africa. We are chilling indoors unless we have to go outside. I cant help to get stunned by the street vendor who sells ice-cream at my corner. He is always there.Like Ms [isis]*, who is always on the computer, on the other side of the world wide web making beats for her very interesting project, Cartoon Background. She worked on this project full on, designing the album cover herself, mastering and producing herself independently. It is great to know that even after all the troubles, ups and downs that had Ms [isis]* in a moment; could not stop her from making that music from her heart beat, and delivering it to people like me, her audience and fan.
The beats oon this project are described by others as shweet, unbelievable, dope, hotter while I describe them as wicked! I cant help myself is by far my favorite - at the moment. Ms [isis]* also blessed us by throwing a wonderful skit in that oven as she baked this baby. Cartoon Background also boasts a featured artist name Hishaam on Peanut butter Jam sandwich.
On that Note, I personally would like to thank Ms [isis]* for giving it her all for us, showing that there is hope for brilliant music and musicians out there. This is one project of a kind, therefore i give it a TEN!
